The applicant is the City of Waterloo Utilities, 100 Regina St. S., Waterloo, who are requesting an exemption to enable the operation of construction equipment from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday inclusive from August 21, 2000 to September 15, 2000.
