The three other brochures also address fat concerns, including how to cook with less fat, how to read food labels, and lists of lower and higher fat food choices from the four food groups in Canada‘s Food Guide to Healthy Eating "Balancing higher fat food choices with lower fat chorces is also an important principle for healthy eating," Prange explained.
