"But they are evervwhere " We really need to have this overpopulation issue addressed," she said. "We need a mandatory spaying and neuâ€" tering policy in effect. It may not stop people from dumping off cats, but it would stop those cats from producing more cats." We are very careful to be sure it‘s a right match for everyone involved." And Schneider‘s winâ€"lass record for pet adopton has been almost flawless, anly havâ€" ing to take back three cats whose living situations didn‘t work out. Not that an adoption is an easy process Schneider explained that all potential pet parents are screened extensively and matched up with the feline which. she feels, will get the most benefit from the offered home
