In the past, Joshua has been highly regarded for his work, receiving CHYM‘s Human Touch Award and also a philâ€" anthropy award for being an outstanding young volunteer and fundraiser. For the past four years. the 10â€"yearâ€"old has been serving up cold glasses of lemonade to the thirsty citizens of Waterloo Kirk said it was the perâ€" fect comingâ€"out party for Jessica, who just finished her latest round of chemotherapy and who was still recovering from a painful operation that removed a bone in her left leg and replaced it with one from her right.
