It was one of those days when it felt good to rent a movie and stay home We prepared this dish with out the faintest notion of offi crally creating a recipe. That is, until we sat down to the table and took the first bite. Then, out came the pencil and paper as we tried to recall the ingredients. Nothing had been meaâ€" sured so we cooked the casseâ€" role again, the next day, taking extra care to write down all the quantities. This casserole was good enough to eat a second time so we felt it was good enough to share. We enjoyed it as a complete meal.
