The purpose of the Byâ€"law is to rezone the lands shown on the Key Map from Multiple Residence 120 ‘MR120‘ and Medium Density Two ‘MD2‘, with special provisions to Green Two ‘G2Z‘, allow a "parking facility" and an area to permit a "home profession". The proposed rezoning would allow the development of the lands for any use allowed in this zone, however, the applicant is proposing a 42 unit street fronting townhouse development. The purpose of the byâ€"law is to rezone the lands shown on the Key Map to include a "Special Provision Area" that allows greater flexibility in building design. Further, the byâ€"law also rezones certain lands from Flexible Residential ‘FR‘ to Green Two ‘G2Z. The proposed rezoning would allow the development of a residential Draft Plan of Subdivision. Paragraph 1 of the Byâ€"law makes minor adjustments to the existing Flexible Residential ‘FR‘ zone to provide more flexibility in house design. These include a side yard setback adjustment, driveway widths, garage widths and porch location. Paragraph 2 of the Byâ€"law rezones a portion of the lands from Flexible Residential ‘FR‘ to Green Two ‘G2Z‘ for park purposes.
