This is primarily due to John McMullen lack of training More doctors should be trained to overcome this problem. 1 don‘t think that the migration of doctors from Ontario is a major concern. Therefore, having another medical training facilâ€" ity will be highly beneficial The combined population of Kâ€"W, Cambridge and Guelph is approachâ€" ing nearly half a milhion mark. It is imperative that this region also have adequate medical care facilines. Estabâ€" lishing a medical college will also bring the required infrastructure, instrumentation and other supporting facilities.
