These transactions are scheduled to close within (30) days of the passing of the appropriate street closing byâ€" _ law and the securing of the appropriate approvals necâ€" essary to effect this street closure. 3. Pursuant to the provisions of a regulation made under the Municipal Act, no appraisal is required. 4. Before selling any property, City Council must declare by byâ€"law or resolution, at a meeting open to the public, that the real property is surplus.
