NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Waterloo intends to pass byâ€"laws to: (i) to close and convey that portion of the existing Lexington Road rightâ€"ofâ€"way at its intersection with the east side of Weber Street. (ii) to realign Lexington Road in a southerly direction (approximately 20 metres) in order to create a realigned intersection with Weber Street.
