EXPLANATORY NOTE Byâ€"law No. 91â€"179 amends Byâ€"law No. 91â€"86, that being an Interim Control Byâ€"law which provides that no single detached dwelling, duplex dwelling, triplex dwelling, semiâ€"detached dwelling, boarding house, converted dwelling house or apartment within the area shown as "subject lands" shall be converted to another residential use, or constructed, or enlarged.
