Both operations will run Monday through Saturday until the bulk of the leaves have been picked up. We are really taxed to keep up with the leaf collection especially after a rainfall which can bring most of the leaves down at once. Citizens can hel(r our crews‘ efficiency by raking or giling only leaves at curbside â€" branches, shrub clippings and garden plants can clog our vacuum and sweepers. We endeavour to divert as much of the leaf collection as possible from the Regional Landfill Site by hauling this material to a local Lawn and Garden Centre or the Regional Leaf Composting Centre. Crews will cover the entire city each week as follows: AREA 1: All day Monday and Tuesday morning AREA 2: Tuesday afternoon and all day Wednesday AREA 3: All day Thursday and Friday morning AREA 4: Friday afternoon and all day Saturday LEAF COLLECTION Major Atom AA Walerioo â€" St. Thomas 1 â€" Waterico 2 Waterloo Saints goals: Andy Bernard (1) Kris Kusick (1).
