Baked in individual cupâ€" cake liners makes a convenient wrapper and less mess to clean up. * 2 oz. or 2 squares unsweetened choocolate * 4 cup butter * 2 eggs * 1 cup granulated sugar * 1 tsp vanilla * 4 cup allâ€"purpose flour * 4 cup chopped nuts or coconut, optional LINE each cup of a microwave muffin pan or 6 small custard cups with two paper liners each. Set aside. COMBINE chocplate and butter in a 2 cup (500 mL) microwavable bowl. Microwave at high (100%) for 1 to 14 minutes or until almost melted. Stir to melt remaining chocolate.
