First of all, it is physically larger. The available legroom, especially for rear passengers, is enhanced by the extra three inches of wheelâ€" base over the K. The contours are rounded, aerodynamic and pleasingly modern. The enâ€" tire package seems to fit neatly between the smaller Sundance/Shadow and the slightly larger Dynasty/New Yorker series. _ _ The newly introduced corporate twins the 89 Dodge Spirit and Plymouth Acclaim are the long awaited replacements of the remarkable but aging Kâ€"car, even though â€" for the present â€" both the new series and the K will be offered side by side. â€" Behind the wheel of the 1989 Spirit Most Items I found the steering responsive and fairly precise and the directional stability was very good. The ride is a bit on the firm side but very well controlled, making for surprisingly good handling. The car has a roomy and accessible trunk. The 89 Spirit has all the ingredients to be a practical and pleasant family car. There was plenty of room and excellent driver visibility. The rear seat was comfortable for two fullâ€"sized adults â€" adequate for three. The standard 2.5 liter engine started and ran without any grievance throughout the test. Performance was "Spirited" through the opâ€" tional threeâ€"speed automatic in all normal situations. The power train noise was low to moderate and the car was smooth and quiet at l100 Klf'H The brakes seemed to work extremeâ€" y well. * Dolls * Baskets * Silk Flowers/Vases * Country Items Charles Plhak On The Road Camp Kiperop is a recreational day camp operated by Kitchener Parks and Recreation Department for boys and girls 6â€"12 years of age.
