At about 9:50 pun, Wed., Feb. 22nd this year, an 1&year old girl was walking across a parking lot at Cedar and Duke Streets in Kitchener. A female suspect approached her from behind, grabbed her right shoulder and place a knife blade against her left cheek. The female suspect then stated, "I hate preps. If I see you again, I'm going to kill you." The victim pushed her away and ran off. The suspect was last seen running towards King Street.
