The effect of this modification would be to expand the Settlement Policy Area "A" designation of the Regional Offical Policies Plan so as to permit urban uses to be developed on land west of Westhill Dr./Erbsville Road and north of the Laure! Conservation Area. Detailed land use and development policies would then be set out by future amendments to the City of Waterloo Official PURPOSE: Plan.
