Mark Bryson Chronicle Staff The Waterloo Juniors left town Monday morning as the best ringette team in Ontario. They hope to come back Sunday as the best team in Canada. The dream of a national title is on the line this week in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the 10th annual Canadian Ringette Championships. The surprising Waterloo team â€" representing Ontario â€" will be one of 11 teams vying for the Air Canada Cup. _Waterloo earned the Winnipeg trip with a hard fought 4â€"3 upset win over Kitchener in the finals of the Ontario championship last month in London. _ "It‘s hard to tell who is the favorite at this point, but we‘re certainly in the running," said coach Larry Koch prior to a team practice Friday.
