Ontario Junior Citizen of the Year Awards chairman Don Smith recently announced the names of 10 individuals and one group who will receive Junior Citizen citations for 1986. s Smith, publisher of the Bracebridge Herald ’}uette, chaired an allâ€"day session as five judges, publisher and editors representing the Ontario Community Newspaper Association, reviewed the 82 nominations before deciding on the final recipients. Ontario Community Newspapers Association is the coâ€"ordinator and Canadian Pacific Air Lines the patron of the Junior Citizen Program.
