Non-compliance of the By-law. which is enforced on complaint, may result in a fine of $28.00 for a first offence under the Provincial Offences Act. We trust that for the benefit and safety of young school children, senior citizens, some of whom may be prevented from leaving their homes, and pedestrians in general, that owners and occupants of premises in Waterloo will do their best to keep the public sidewalks clear of snow and ice.
