"Also, it was our first loss of the season so losing was a new feeling to these girls. I told them they had nothing to hang their heads about. They played some of the best basketball they‘ve played all season and showed a lo; of desire and hustle." Jennifer Hume led Vikings w th 18 points and Nicky Campâ€" b 11 added 11. We see all the areas where cars can corrode and rust out. Many car owners believe that spraying oil (old & new) on their car will stop rust. To a certain degree, it works. But, consider the alternatives. 1. Oil is messy. In fact, when it comes time to repair your car, the cost may be higher because of the sludge we have to dig through to gain access to a part. 2. Oil rots and softens rubber parts and suspension bushings vital to your car‘s ride and alignment and causes adhesives to loosen and plastic parts to change color. 3. Oil plugs up vital body drains causing hidden inner damage that doesn‘t show up for years. 4. Oil drips on your driveway, gets on your clothing and much of it washes off exposed areas the first time you go through a car wash. In short, oil is an OLD, messy, troublesome method of trying to stop rust. Most people think a mechanic knows all the tricks of the trade, well maybe in our day to day work we find the occasional better way of doing things, but mostly we spend our working life repairing and studying automobiles and we know what makes a car last! rustproofing, we know none better. 2.
