Gerry Mattice New to Warriors' defence is Ken Buitenhuis, a two-time winner of the Midwestern Junior B Hockey League's most valuable defenceman award when he played for the Cambridge Winter Hawks. Defenceman Tom Allan comes from the London Knights and forward Jamie Maki played high school hockey in Sudbury. Warriors have Mike Bishop, formerly of the Belleville Bulls and an Elmira native, in goal. Carlos Ibanez, an international student who has played for the Spanish national juniors, is their other goaltender. Hawks have dropped two forwards for disciplin- ary reasons, but Terry McCutcheon, their leading point getter last season with 27 goals and 31 assists, is back along with linemate Shaun Reagan. New forwards include Joel Curtis from the Oshawa Generals, Peter Hellstrom from Sudbury tier two Junior A, and former Waterloo Siskin Paul Gehl.
