A ‘"Lodging House Class One‘ is defined as a Lodging House where four or more people are harboured, received or lodged in a dwelling unit in addition to the proprietor and his family related by blood or marriage or adoption, or six or more persons are harboured received or lodged. M A ‘"Lodging House Class Two‘" is defined as a Lodging House where four or five persons are harboured, received or lodged without a proprietor.
