City receives Administration Fund Grant The city of Waterioo has received a Building Administration Fund Grant of $10,000 under the Building Action Program. â€" The grant will be used to implement the city‘s computerized central property informaâ€" tion system for the building department. _ The Building Administration Fund provides assistance to municipalities to improve the administration of the building permit applicaâ€" tion and inspection process, building records management, and service to the building industry and the public. Burnout seminar set for Laurier A oneâ€"day workshop for members of the helping professions â€" such as nurses, doctors, clergy, teachers and social workers â€" fearing or suffering from professional burnout will be held June 24 at Wilfrid Laurier University.
