At the Arthur atom tournament Bees met a potent Hillsburg team and lost 1iâ€"1. They then faced a strong Normandy team and despite keeping the game within reach the team lost 5â€"3. Cubs down Cambridge In Hub League play last week the major atom ‘Tim Horton‘ Cubs hosted Cambridge and edged them 3â€"2. Martin Dziak opened the scoring with a goal from Ryan Hume and Nathan Belcher. Cambridge scored the next two goals to take a 2â€"1 lead in the game. An unassisted goal by Tom Howse tied the game at 2â€"2. Then with one second left in the game Nathan Belcher scored unasâ€" sisted to give the Cubs the 3â€"2 victory . Earlier jn the week the Cubs travelled to St. Thomas for a League game. Tillsonburg edges Cougars Waterioo Cougars were edged 32 by Tillsonburg in the consolation game of the Woolwich tournament over the weekend. Cougars reached the consolation final with a 7â€"0 win over Kitchener after losing 5â€"0 to Woolwich. In a league game on Friday, Cougars lost 4â€"2 to Woolwich. Mike Kreutzer led Cougar scorers with three goals and two assists and Billy Evans also had three goals. Sean Cassidy had two goals and Kevin Lobsinger had a goal and three assists.
