Since 1979 Yo _ 3 Drivers has been the driving force behind lowâ€"beam daytime use, which can reduce chance of headâ€"on collisions by 20 per cent. During the week, over 350 Young Drivers instructors will be watching for outâ€" standing driving man oeuvres and the best local example will receive an emergency kit from Chrysler Canada and be entered in a national search for Defensive Driver of the Year. The best defensive driver in Canada will be rewarded with a 1986 Plymouth Reli ant. In addition, during Safe Driving Week, all Young Drivers centres across Canâ€" ada are offering everyone holding a valid Canadian driver‘s licence a free driv ing evaluation. SEAL OF APPROVAL Peace and Justice Tour The International Peace and Justice Tour makes a local stop Thursday, Nov. 28 at 8 p.m. at Mutual Life Auditorium.
