Mark Bryson Chronicle Staff Waterloo‘s business developâ€" ment director is not about to sit back and watch the only industrial land available to prospective buyers come from private owners. And so, Gerry O‘Neil has emâ€" barked on a study to make sure it doesn‘t happen. Contrary to reports circulating that indicate the city‘s industrial land banks will run dry by 1987, O‘Neil says there is still plenty of land for years to come and the city does not plan to run out. *‘"*We will continue to be aggresâ€" sive in industrial land developâ€" ment.
