"Things went wonderful. despite Saturday's torrential downpour. We (festival committee) managed to establish the festival and to create the atmosphere we wanted. Approximately 15.0lt0 people combed Waterloo Park during the day and were treated to sunny skies and a distinct festival atmosphere. Families were having picnics, children were laughing and the music was great.
