Richard O'Brien Chronicle Stan Waterloo Tigers of the Major Inter-County Baseball League have named Dan Arbic as their new field manag' er. Arhic replaces Wray Upper, Tigers' field manager for the past two seasons. The Tigers infielder was given the new post as the result of a deci- sion made by a com- mittee made up of Paul Puncher, Clark Hay- man and Jack Middle- mass. "We had a commit- tee set up over the winter months after we found out Wray wasn't going to be back," said Puncher.
