Your leg should be tight and stretched with toe pointed. Hold the leg back for a few seconds, really squeezing hard with leg and buttocks, then return the foot to starting position. Repeat 20 times with each leg. Your buttocks and thighs will tighten up and you‘ll gain a better balance as well. Any activity such as jogging or skipping that involves bouncing or jumping will firm the whole back end quickly. Or you can turn on the radio or record and dance for a few minutes each day. Remember to warm your legs up first with some stretching.
