From the tender passion of "Orpheus and Euridice‘‘ to the sparkling wit of Noél Coward and Gertrude Lawrence, the 1984 Guelph Spring Festival is a celebration of love and laughter. The festival runs April 27 to May 13. Bass baritone Simon Estes, who triumphed at Bayreuth, gives a glorious recital of arias and spirituals.
