Entitled Women in the Workplace: Impacts of Microtechnology, it will take place Saturday, March 5. 8: 45 a.m.-3:30 pm. at the Conestoga Inn. The purpose of the workshop is to provide general information about computers and “to increase their (women‘s) awareness of the impact of mierotechnology on employment," said Shirley Czajkowski who organized the workshop with the help of Maureen Shep- herd. "With rapid changes in the field of micro- technology it is not only difficult for anyone to keep up-to-date with the latest advanctsk but can be frightening and intimidating for others," explained Czajkowski. The workshop will examine the effects of computerization at both the national and local levels.
