The Waterloo Regional Lung Associaâ€" tion‘s Christmas Seal Campaign has reached the halfâ€"way mark, and according to campaign Chairman, Ronald Swartz, $50,491 has been received against an objective of $105,000. The 1982 red, green and white Christmas seals are used to decorate cards, letters and packages and are the main source of revenue for Lung Associations across Canâ€" ‘"The work of education, rehabilitation and research in the field of lung diseases such as asthma, emphysema and chronic bronchitis, must continue‘‘ stressed Ken Kritzer, Lung Association President, "and we are counting on continued support from all parts of Waterloo Region." _ Donations to the Christmas Seal Camâ€" paign can be returned by mail using the envelope provided or dropped off at any branch of the Torontoâ€"Dominion Bank. The dinner is an annual event sponsored by the Kitchener, Waterico and Kitchener â€" Westmount Rotary Clubs which have been throwing the party for the past 50 years.
