That, says Mayor Marjorie Carroll, will solve some of the probâ€" lems the city now faces as it deals with reâ€" quests from varibus orâ€" ganizations to fly their flags from the city‘s flagpole on special days. The situation in Waâ€" terioo, the mayor said, ‘"isn‘t the correct situaâ€" tion. There should be two flagpoles because the Canadian Legion insists that if another flag is flown, it should be flown under Canâ€" ada‘s. SHOPPERS Unfortunately, that may solve the dilemma of where to fly the flag but it doesn‘t resoive the matter of whose fMlags should be flown and which requests can be okayed.
