Mr. Stereo Titans all overLennox It didn't take K-W Mr. Stereo Titans long to get back on the right track and when they did last Tuesday night the Toronto Lennox basketball team sure felt the effects. Lennox, at that point tied with Titans at 4-1 in the Etobicoke Re- creational Basketball League, were drubbed 124-76 by the K-W crew which a week earlier had suffered its first loss in 20 starts to Toronto Drifters. But Tuesday nothing could go wrong for Titans according to playing-coach Mike Visser. "When we play well, we have the ability to nail teams to the wall," said Visser, who led all scorers with 34 points. "We just got our run- ning game going, didn't try anything tricky." What aided the locals, according to Visser, was the at- tempts by Lennox to overcome an early def- icit. “We Just converted their turnovers to bas- kets, and the harder they tried, the worse they got behind. They tried to pick up the pace as the game went on and that was playing right into our hands."
