WMRA preps for Winterfest A total of 30 teams from all corners of Onâ€" tario will converge on our city this weekend when the Waterloo Minor Ringette Associaâ€" tion holds its third anâ€" nual Winterfest tourâ€" nament Action begins Friday at 7 p.m. at all three Waâ€" terlqo arenas and will conclude with the four championship games Sunday at Waterloo Arena beginning at 12 30 A new innovaton for this year‘s tournament will be the introduction of stop time in all games.
