For the sizth time in 10 years, the Waterioo Knights of Columbus, Council 5135, was judged the best in its division for Ontario at a reâ€" cent provincial conference in Toronto. The best council award for division one â€" those counâ€" cils in Ontario with 550 members or more â€" is based on evaluation of the counâ€" cil‘s participation‘ over the past year in its church, comâ€" munity, youth and chariâ€" table programs. ; The Waterloo Council also walked off with a second place award for their monthly member‘s bulletin and an award recognizing their threeâ€"year participaâ€" tion in the ‘Flowers for Life‘ John Rodina from the Waâ€" terloo Council and a past grand knight, was elected state deputy for Ontario. It is the highest office a K of C member can hold in the proâ€" The Canadian Centre for Time Allocation is holding an upcoming workshop in time management with an emphasis on the family. Time workshop lined up The centre believes many families and their members find that the dayâ€"toâ€"day chores of the home, breadâ€" winning activities, school and socialization requireâ€" ments take up more time than is available. .
