A second company is located within the Armoury on Gage St., Kitchener. Over 400 spectators, inâ€" cluding â€" civic â€" leaders, former members of the Reâ€" giment and families of servâ€" ing members are expected to attend the colorful event. When the HLI amalâ€" gamated with the Scots Fuâ€" siliers of Canada, Kitchener, Maj â€" Fisher joined the newly formed Highland Fusiliers of Canaâ€" da in 1968. He served as unit adjutant, company comâ€" mander and officer in charâ€" ge of the Cambridge Arâ€" moury before his promotion to Major in 1977. He was apâ€" pointed deputy commanding officer of the HF of C the same year. Maj Fisher is a graduate of the 1976 Militia Commmand and Staff course, Kingston, and was awarded the Queen‘s Silver Jubilee medal in 1978. In civilian life he is a partner in CamTor Associates and an executive of F & O Manufacturing, both Cambridge companies. _ The formal changeâ€"ofâ€" command ceremony begins at 3 p.m. Sunday.
