Anglican church head visits Waterioo and area Archbishop E. Scott, Priâ€" mate of the Anglican Church of Canada and Moderator of the Central Committee of the World Council of Churches wraps up a three day visit to the Waterloo area today. The purpose of his visit was to meet with parishoners of the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Kitchener, and to meet with ‘civic and church leaders from Perth and Waterloo counties.
