The conference, titled Co- operating for Change. was held in Toronto to examine ways of including disabled people in recreation pro- grams in their communities Thirty-five communities sent delegations to the con- ference and each was asked to send a disabled person. the parent of a disabled child and an individual working in the recreation field.
