Lincoln Heights has an auditorium with a stage, a senior orchestra and a chamber orchestra. Harold Wagner School supplied the choir and the operetta. The Lincoln Heights orchestras played selected arranâ€" gements as well as the introduction and finale to The Emâ€" peror‘s New Clothes. Once upon a time in the land of Semper Tempora there was an emperor who decided to celebrate his birthday by having a couple of wouldâ€"be weavers make him a suit of clothes of a cloth so fine it couldn‘t be seen by fools. The story of the Emperor‘s New Clothes was told last Thursday at Lincoln Heights Public School auditorium by students of Harold Wagner School in the form of an operetâ€" ta. The cast, members of the Harold Wagner junior choir, performed under the direction of the school‘s music teacher, Mrs. Elaine Ernst.
