Dromaderies and Firehouse are tied for second place after their game on Sunâ€" day ended in a 45â€"45 tie. Both of these teams have a good opportunity to make the playoffs if they win their last games. * In league A2, the Twine Teasers and the Tracksters are the top two teams. They play each other on Monday, Novâ€" ember 7 to decide first place in their league. St. Jeromes came into the final with a perfectlfo record, and with what looked like about half the guys in that residence on that team. _ â€" Although battling hard, West D just doesn‘t have the same kind of horsepower the large St. Jeromes squad has. Mike Schnarr of St. Jeromes finishes the game with a 60 yard punt through the endzone to make the score 10â€"3 for St. Jerâ€" omes. A well played game on both sides. This B Division championship saw the Lakeshore 4â€"Skins go against the Plumber‘s Best. Lakeshore, a very solid all around team bounded its way through the playoffs with a perfect 130 points for and 0 points against record. The Plumbers Best, a surprise team which entered the playoffs through the back door as a next best team, scored upset after upset in their playoff games as they continuâ€" LUNCH from 11:30 a.m. â€" 2 p.m. our famous 743 â€"4171 The following regulations govern the Chronicle‘s ""The Meal‘s On Us!" contest: 1. The Chronicle will pay winners a maximum of $25 towards the price of a meal at one these establishments. Winners must present the bill to the host/hostess at the end of the meal for the deduction to apply. If the meal price totais more than $25 the contest winner must pay the remainder. There is no refund if the bill totals less than $25. 2. Only one entry is allowed per person each month. f + 3. Entries must be postâ€"marked or brought to the Chronicle office no later than 5 p.m. on the Tuesday before the draw. The draw will take place the last Wednesday of each month during the contest. 4.
