Four goals in the second half sealed the win for Waterioo. Shawn Mathus booted home three goals and Tim Sitts chipped in with two tallies. Excellent defensive play was shown by goalie Cary Tie and fullbacks Chuck Chambers, Peter Rumpel and Ken Tu preserved the shutout. > Many thanks go out to our fans who braved the elements to cheer on the Vikings. This week sees the Junior Knights at home against Eastwood at 3: 00 p.m. Bluevale Junior Knights defeated K.C.L 390 on a rain soaked field at Cherry Park on Friday. Knights were led by Dave Pickett who rushed for 90 yards and 2 touchdowns. On the opening play of the game, Dan Lerner ran around the right end for a 65 yard touchdown. With the downpour, the Knights game slowed down, with most of the yardage being churned out by John Pickett and Ray Petrie. Each scored a touchdown.
