That‘s why over 40 cultural events have been planned for the week of Oct. 7 to 15. ~ Beginning on Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. J.M. Schneider Inc. and the Waterloo County Board of Eduâ€" cation will host the annual Kinderkochfest at the Bingeman Park Baliroom on Victoria Street in â€"Kitchener.
