Bavarian-style foods - Oktoberfest sausage and sauerkraut, cabbage rolls and apple strudel - will be sold in the licensed re- freshment area. This event is to take place October 10 and 11. Mr. Crapo told the com- mittee that a master plan would give a systematic approach to planning vis- ual and functional guide- lines. ' During the meeting committee members, Ben Dalton and Rudy Kominek moved that the committee recommend to City council the hiring of a consultant to produce a master plan of parks, open space and recreational facilities.
