A baseball team from Brighton oublic school won the single "A" Waterloo County Boerdof Education softball title last Tuesday at Wilson Park. Fuel Oil defeat the Sea Dogs 8-7. the Fire- fighters down Cluetts 9-0 and Seagram '83' tied Sch- neiders with a score of MN 10. In team standings. the Schneiders are in first place after w.inning four out of ten games. B.P. Fuel Oil is second with a total of five wins out of ten games played. The Firefighters are in third place: Sea Dogs. fourth; Chippers. fifth: Seagram's '83', sixth: Big Blue Machine. seventh and the Cluetts. eighth. On June 29. the Schneid- ers played against the Cluetts at Marsland Park. On the same day the Sea Dogs played the Firefight- ers in Winston Churchill Park. B.P.
