Wants use of ward system A petition seeking support for municipal elections by wards is being circulated around Waterloo and will be presented to council probâ€" ably in the fall. One is asking that the wards as they are now set up be reâ€" divided to correspond with present â€" population â€" while the other asks two alderâ€" ing which will also be done in Kitchener as well. the University of Toronto.
