Asking for gas hike COFFA in Aâ€"1 shape Chairman of the organizâ€" ation Alan Gardiner said complete details have yet to be worked out due to some legal points. The Canadian Overseas Families and Friends Assoc. {COFFA) have decided to set up a building fund.
