Sports institute to focus on coaches' motivation Over 40 delegates attended the December meeting of the Waterloo Regional Sports Council held recent- ly at Conestoga College. One of the highlights of the agenda was the notice that a Regional Coaching Insti- tute is to be developed in Waterloo County.
