Heaven help members of Waterloo council of the Knights of Columbus should they ever find themselves stranded in the Bogside area of Derry in Northern Ireland. In such event they would likely need some help from above. There's not much likelihood they would get it from the Bogsider neighbors of Bernadette Devlin - not, at least, if any word of their celebration of July 12 preceded them. Bingo, horse derby, sing songs, dancing, games and music galore were the order of the day at the Preston park, where they were hosts. A picnic sup- per brought the day's festi- vities to an end.
