Nine chemical engineering unâ€" dergraduates at the University of Waterloo have been awarded J. P. Bickell Foundation Scholarâ€" ships for high academic standing. The scholarships carry a value of $250 for a fourâ€"month term and may be renewed if the stuâ€" dent maintains his high standâ€" ing. _ Awards have been made to fourth year students Peter A.
