Children and bicycles seem to go more together in the summer months, as a result. each year more and more cyclists are to be found on our roads and streets. Because of this fact, we of the Waterloo Police department, each year operate (with the excellent assistance of the K-W Optimist Club) a "Bicycle Road-eo." This gives us an opportunity to see first hand how well our safety lessons are learned - and. at the same time, gives the young eye- lists an opportunity to win tro- phies and prizes for their skill.
